Power Salad

Just found the paper, circa 1987-88 or so, that lists the original potential band names for what would become Power Salad. Mostly these are Craig’s names…And Heeeeeeeeeeeere they are (for those of you old enuf to remember The Dating Game):

• Welcome to Medina
• Warning Tracks
• E.L.O. (this is then crossed-out, in the style of fIREHOSE, moe., joe, “the symbol guy”, and other typeface fun)
• Scooby du
• The Blame
• Hypocritters
• Dr. Slud (this was a character in Zot Theater shows)
• Salad Dance
• The Power Surges

Did we make the right decision??? Who knows……
